![]() The installer halts, notes that a driver is missing and prompts for media to install the driver. ![]() Ive definitely run Windows 8.1 on it, so not sure what the problem is with Windows 10. Dells website notes that the Latitude e6410 is not approved for Windows 8, 8.1, or 10. ![]() I import those to different folders in the Deployment Workbench and use selection profiles.-Anders. Just trying to install Windows 10 from the. targetdirthatmustexistWill give you a nice folder structure with 圆4 and x86 in separate folders. MDT 2010 Update 1 promises to be better at handling the 圆4/x86 driver issue but until then you get a big mess if you just import thecab file.So just: expand.exe mycabfile.cab -F. Do they offer those.cab files on their site? They're rather hidden but yes:While you can just point at the cab file and import it's contents, I prefer to use expand.exe to get a folder structure. Any ideason whats going on here? I have just added all the drivers for the E6410 to my MDT, the network device is 'intel 82577LM Gigabit'(Intel 825xx Gigabit Platform LAN Network Device from dells web page.)I have no problems with Windows 7 圆4/x86, except I had to make unattended packages for the Ricoh device, the freefall sensor, Control point, the wireless 357 Bluetooth. Why not just download the cab files that Dell makes for its Latitude and Optiplex series? One large.cab file per model and OS with all drivers included, ready to import into MDT.I don't have a single model-specific application for the E6410 (although we prefer not to install controlpoint and we don't use the fingerprint reader).-Anders. ![]()
